All rental bookings must be made directly through our website. Customers can view available rental dates, quantities, and specific items in real-time when selecting their desired rental period. Accurate information, including delivery and pick-up times, must be provided during the booking process to ensure smooth service.

2. Availability and Confirmation

The availability of equipment is displayed online during the booking process. Customers can see the exact availability of their chosen products before completing their booking. Once a booking is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with all the necessary details.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is held on the credit card used for payment and will be refunded to the same card after the equipment is returned in good condition.

3.2 Rental Payment
All payments, including the rental fee and security deposit, must be made online through our website at the time of booking. We accept credit card payments only. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

4. Equipment Delivery and Return

Coconut Rentals will deliver the rental items to the specified location and time as agreed upon during the booking process. Customers must be present for both delivery and pickup. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damages, loss, or missing items will result in additional charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Liability

Customers are responsible for using the rental equipment in a safe and proper manner. Coconut Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period, including but not limited to those arising from improper use of the equipment, environmental factors, or any unforeseen incidents.

Weather Conditions:
We do not offer refunds or credits based on weather conditions or changes in weather. Customers are encouraged to check weather forecasts before booking and plan accordingly.

Assumption of Risk:
By renting from Coconut Rentals, customers acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment. This includes any potential hazards or dangers that may arise from the environment, the equipment itself, or the activities for which the equipment is used.

6. Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations must be made through the website and confirmed via email. Customers are advised to finalize their plans before booking to avoid any cancellation fees.

7. Discount Policy

We offer the following discounts for extended rentals:

  • 3 Days or More: 10% off the daily rental price.
  • 5 Days or More: 15% off the daily rental price.

These discounts are automatically applied during the online booking process.

8. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Coconut Rentals reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. By proceeding with a rental, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Aruba.
